You may also register at the Cathedral every Sunday after the 7:00a.m., 9:00a.m. and 11:30a.m. worship services and on Monday nights before Women’s Bible Study. Registration at the Cathedral is located in the “Rotunda” (lower level) during the Women’s Season (January – April 2019).
Previous conference registrants are asked to confirm their conference photo on file. All first time attendees are asked to be prepared to take a photo during registration. Photo opportunities are available during onsite registration. All conference attendees are required to wear their ID badges and wristbands to gain admittance to workshops, worship services and meals. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment: Acceptable payment types are cash, money order, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A minimum deposit of $75.00 is required for installment payments. Last date to submit payment by check is April 2nd, 2019. Returned check service fee is $35.00. Registration changes after initial entry will incur a $20.00 processing fee.
Registration Deadlines: All registrations must be completed and paid in full by April 2nd, 2019.
CANCELLATION POLICY: HARDSHIP CANCELLATIONS ONLY I.E. SICKNESS OR DEATH, WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH WRITTEN NOTIFICATION NO LATER THAN April 25th, 2019. SUBMIT WRITTEN NOTIFICATION TO: Women’s Registration Committee, GAC, 110- 31 Merrick Boulevard, Jamaica, NY 11433. All approved refunds will be returned less $50.00 processing fee after the Conference. Please allow three weeks after conference for refund.

Both hotel rates are per room, per night plus 15% CT taxes and within walking distance of each other. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE APRIL 2nd, 2019 TO ENSURE THE CONFERENCE HOTEL RATE. Conference registration is required.
Transportation by bus to the Marriott is available for an additional non-refundable fee of $45.00. This provides round trip transportation leaving and returning to The Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York.
By train – Amtrak or Metro-North to Stamford train station.
